|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. If an item is temporarily out of stock the "Add to shopping basket" button will be disabled. Please email us for further information. If you are shopping from North America or any other non-Sterling country, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and PayPal Express. Credit/Debit cards are processed through the PayPal secure server. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service.You may send us a Sterling cheque or Postal Order and we will dispatch your order once the cheque has cleared. This may take a few days. |Delivery And Handling Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days of payment but generally on the same or the following day. There are four delivery options for orders within the UK including N.Ireland. Please select your prefered delivery option from the drop down menu on the "Check out" page:-(1) 1st Class delivery 2 to 4 working days @ £1.20 to £5.75 per order.(2) Standard delivery 5 to 7 working days @ 99p to £5.20 per order.(3) Next workday. Order by 12:00 Monday to Thursday; requires signature @ £6.50 to £12.10 per order. Delivery is gauranteed by 1pm the following day. There is no Saturday delivery for this option. For orders placed on Friday use Priority delivery for possible delivery on Saturday but please note that this is not gauranteed.(4) RECORDED delivery (Requires signature) @ £2.40 to £7.95. This option can sometimes be quicker than 1st Class delivery.For orders to OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD please select your country or zone. We will endeavour to get your order to you in the quickest way. Delivery time is typically 3 to 5 business days. You can see the shipping charge after filling in your details and before placing your order. |Delivery Schedule Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, typically on the same or the next day. We dispatch orders on Monday to Friday. We don't dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays.You will normally receive your order within one to seven days in the UK. International orders may take a little longer to deliver.Please note that where possible we re-cycle packaging as our contribution to the environment. Please let us know if you have not received your order within seven business days.|
|Back Orders If the item you want is not in stock we will not back order for you. We will instead let you know by email, letter or fax when the item is likely to be in stock. Please leave your email address for us to be able to contact you. Any items out of stock will have the "Add To Shopping Basket" button removed. In the unlikely event of an item going out of stock before the button is removed and your credit card is debited for that item we will immediately refund the amount back to your credit card.|
|Tax Charges Prices shown include all UK taxes. We regret that we are unable to discount UK VAT. All GB VAT registered businesses in the UK can, however, claim back this tax. EU VAT registered businesses need to contact us before placing an order.|
|Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. We do not hold credit card details on our site. Please note that rigorous tests are carried out to prevent fraudulent use. The customer's address is ALWAYS checked against the billing address for the Credit/Debit card. PLEASE ONLY USE THE ADDRESS AS IT APPEARS ON YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT as your invoice address.|
|Guarantee We have many satisfied customers. Over and above your statutory rights, if any item we sell is not as described, or is not of a reasonable standard, we will replace the item or refund the cost in full. Please note that all the images are a representation of the real item and may not be identical to the item ordered. Colours vary from computer to computer and bright objects are particularly difficult to represent accurately. Please email if the exact colour or shade is important. All sizes are approximate.|

|Returns Policy "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. This is your statutary right.Further to your statutary right we will exchange or replace items within reason. Items returned because of defective manufacture or breakage are replaced or refunded in full. Items returned because they do not fit or suit are refunded less the cost of shipping and must be absolutely unmarked. Returns should reach us within 60 days of purchase for a full refund, according to this text, and must include all parts & original packaging.NO REFUND IS POSSIBLE AFTER 60 DAYS FROM PURCHASE; This does not affect your statutary rights. All returns MUST have "Returned Items" clearly marked on the outside of the packing. If an item is defective or damaged in transit, you must inform us, by email, prior to to returning the item as very often a photo of the damage will suffice for us to resend/refund the item..
