This mirror is designed to be fitted to a Porsche, and I believe in a fairly specific location, so the adjustment is very small. However, there is a limited up/down and side to side movement, but initially it may be stiff. Look underneath the mirror base and you should see a small screw; loosen this slightly until you get the up/down movement, then gradually retighten. If the movement is not enough, remove the screw and enlarge the hole, which at the moment is covered by the washer; enlarging the hole will allow greater adjustment.
